Question by PinkBlue: I am on diet, and I would like to know if my "today's menu" was fine?
Breakfast: 2 multigrain waffles, 2 morning star links, 1 glass of orange juice.
Lunch: Pita bread filled with lettuce, spinach, fat free feta cheese, dry cranberries, light balsamic vinegar.
Snack: 3 boiled eggs
Dinner: 2 small sweet potato
In two weeks, I have lost 4 pounds so far. Today I included the potato for dinner, 'cause I love those. Now, I feel full and guilty!
